Fitness update Sunday! (Ummmmmm) First week back from vacation and of course my spirits are low. Trying to focus on my happy times (I.e workouts and spending time with Mark)
On the dailymile chart - week with double arrows (week 44) was my nycm week. After a nice recovery through vacation, I am trying to get back into putting in some mileage. Though at this point I am only doing easy peasy runs. No pushing pace (not even marathon pace) and runs max at 8 miles - will try to do a 10 next week at some point.
Enjoying off season means I get to spend time (let’s ignore the money aspect) on yoga. Trying out a new studio in LIC/Astoria (the yoga room) and more bikram.
Instructor today has a fiery attitude. No smiles and all about push push push and club music. Hahah I like the change.. So far.
This concludes my subway ride update. Groceries now.
