Read a book on barefoot running today - and I must say I agree with the whole minimalist running concept. I’m NOT born to run. I’m very prone to injury (flat foot on the right, I pronate excessively) but stability shoes didn’t help me except giving me knee injuries.
I took the route of strengthening my legs to help correct my running form and rotating between vibram and other minimalist running shoes with a supportive shoe (80:20 ratio).
I’ve been Injury free since dec 2011 (occasional sore muscles and pains but nothing that put me out for more than 3-4 days)
